Why subscribe?
Fatbobman’s Swift Weekly is a bilingual newsletter in English and Chinese for developers interested in Swift, SwiftUI, SwiftData, Core Data, AI-assisted development, and the broader Apple developer ecosystem.
Each week, I curate articles, tools, discussions, and open-source projects from both English and Chinese developer communities. Rather than simply listing links, I add context and personal editorial notes to explain why a piece is worth reading, how it relates to real-world development, and what it may suggest about the direction of the ecosystem.
The newsletter is mainly written for Apple platform developers who want to keep up with meaningful technical ideas without chasing every piece of news. Topics often include Swift language evolution, SwiftUI engineering practices, data persistence, development tools, AI coding workflows, open-source projects, and observations on the Apple developer community.
